- Hungarian Paprika 1tsp or 1tblsp (What you can handle)
- Cayenne pepper 1tsp or 1tblsp (What you can handle)
- White rind of any citrus fruit (Pamelo, orange, lemon or grapefruit)
- 1 Pineapple
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Distilled Water
Take tsp to tblsp increments as needed or every few hours
