This is one of my favorite talks by Jill Bolte Taylor, a brain scientist, who had a massive stroke and was able to observe herself from inside out... feeling every move, sound and self awareness as her brain functions shut down.
After many years of recovering from the stork she was able to come through with an Amazing story to share her experience and wisdom of the power we hold inside of us.

It was the famous psychiatrist Carl Jung who said, "one who looks outside dreams, one who looks inside awakes." It is not wrong to desire to be awake, to be happy. What is wrong is to look for happiness outside when it can only be found inside."
