For those who are sitting behind the desk for long hours of the day there are different things you can do to help alleviate back pain. One change you can make is positioning your chair correctly so your posture is not taking a beating on the rest of your body.

Here is a short video demonstration by Trevor Shaw, Principal Ergonomist, on the proper ways to sit at a desk in front of the computer.
