Natural Pain Killing Formula
By Khana Dias LMT

When it comes to pain most of us go for the quick fix of pharmaceuticals. But what if you were able to make your own recipe from ingredients you have in your kitchen that works just as well without the side effects?

I have followed  Tony Pantalleresco Knowledge Base,
"Just a guy who knows stuff" for few years now and love the information he shares. Its simple, inexpensive and with lots of medicinal benefits.

Best part about Tony, if you have any questions you can email him at independz@yahoo.com and you'll get a response pretty quick. Also he does consultations for a very minimal fee. You can visit his website HERE

Correct Prayer as described by Neville Goddard

No matter what faith one follows, Prayer is one of the most powerful Mind~Spirit~Body effects that we have the gift to create. In my last blog Tales of Everyday Magic-Entanglement there where few of our family experiences I shared, which you can read more Here.

However with all the Entanglements of life events what are the mechanics behind prayer? Is there a specific
  • scripture that is to be said or
  • chants of precise notes to be vocalized or
  • simply sense the feeling of the outcomes we are Praying for or
  • All of the above:

As Neville Goddard ones said:
PRAYER is the master key.
A key may fit one door of a house,
but when it fits all doors it may well claim to be a master key.
Such and no less a key is prayer to all earthly problems.

Here are the mechanics to Mr. Goddard's Prayer Technique that was put together by Shawn Regan

 Tales of Everyday Magic-Entanglement

“Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are a part of the mystery that we are trying to solve”-Maxwell Planck

Every so often you come across a movie that grabs your attention helping to bridge the understanding of the science behind quantum physics and everyday life's mysterious events. Tales of Everyday Magic ~ Entanglement for sure, did exactly that.

This was my inspiration to write this blog since just a few days before watching this movie I had a session with one of my clients where I had a premonition that struck the invisible cord of energy change. Also what started as bringing light to a few short life events of my own, all of the sudden these events spiraled into so much more. Asking questions from different angles, quantum entanglement threw many other energy cords of possibilities into the mix.

Choice of Healing

An interesting point to notice a description over the video:
"Note from TED: This talk, which features health advice based on a personal narrative, has been flagged as potentially outside TED's curatorial guidelines. Viewer discretion advised."
And why would that be? Sadly even TED's talks are being monitored by Big Pharma to have disclosures as this one.

Our bodies are designed to heal or fall apart with things we consume on everyday bases. The good news is we have a choice on which path to take that will create a healing effect within us. Will it be medications or lifestyle changes or maybe both?

Road to Wellness
by Khana Dias

Few weekends ago my son came home from college pretty sick. Being a concerned mother of a kid who is also a Type 1 diabetic, first thing I did was put my investigative hat on to assess the situation and come up with some natural remedies that we have done in the past. Also we added few more as we went along.

We had a 3 day weekend to get him better before sending him back to ASU and attacked this bug full force, No Time Wasted! With few natural treatments and much laughter it was a Priceless weekend for all of us to remember.

Salt and Water
by Khana Dias LMT

We all know the importance of drinking plenty of water throughout the day. However did you know that consuming a good quality unrefined/unprocessed salt which is our electrolytes, is just as important for the body to be able to absorb the water properly?

This video by Barbara O'Neill is excellent to watch as she makes it simple in understanding the body's way on processing salt and water and how many different symptoms the body shows when it's dehydrated.  You will never look at salt and water the same way again.

Garlic & Sciatica

My aunt who has tried many natural remedies to recover from illness or symptoms, shared a natural remedy that one of her friends from Israel sent her. Using garlic poultice for sciatic pain. She giggled telling her story of how accidentally she missed few steps on following full directions and ended up irritating her skin. Lesson learned...never put crushed garlic directly on the skin. However she did say that even though the skin was irritated, the garlic poultice helped her back just after a short time that she had it on.

Since I am a BIG fan of garlic I asked her to email me the article. With a little bit of help from Google Translate making sure the translation is accurate, I am excited to share this article and recipe with those who suffer from Sciatic pain.

Water Cure

Dr. F. Batmanghelidj says, "You're not sick; you're thirsty. Don't treat thirst with medication."

Dr. Batmanghelidj has gathered both criticism and acclaim over the years for his assertions that a regime of water can treat a vast array of human illnesses. Is it possible that ordinary water will prevent and cure depression, asthma, arthritis, back pain, migraines, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis and many other illnesses?
As simple as it may seem using common sense, lack of water can definitely cause havoc in the body.

You know that like attracts like, right? So here’s the deal: Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy.

We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. Sure, sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?

A Holistic View Posture and Breath
By Mary Bond

As the holistic paradigm joins the mainstream, most of us are increasingly aware that everything is connected to everything else. Within this vision we acknowledge correspondence between body and mind, but most of us haven't yet regarded our posture through a holistic mirror. The usual idea of good posture is an ideal positioning of the chest, shoulders, and neck. This idealized picture is so common that the mere mention of posture in public provokes sheepish adjustments of spines and shoulders.

Incorporating Reflexology into Your Life
by Shirley Vanderbilt
You walk on them all day, but did you know your feet do more than carry you from one place to the next? They also have a unique connection to balanced health and well-being. In a form of bodywork known as reflexology, the feet are said to contain reflex areas that mirror and connect to all parts of the body--and pressure on these points can actually influence your state of health.

Morton’s Toe: One Little Bone, One Big Problem

by Linda Fehrs, LMT

The human body contains many wonderful things. Most of them have been handed down genetically, from parent to child, and there is little we can do to change them. One such trait is called Morton’s Toe. Only about 10 percent of the world population has this attribute, where the second toe appears longer than the first. About 80 percent of those with Morton’s Toe suffer from chronic pain. Much of it is thought to derive from this relatively rare foot configuration. Learn how discomfort from Morton’s Toe can be eased using massage therapy.

Ancient foot massage may ease cancer symptoms.

A study led by a Michigan State University researcher offers the strongest evidence yet that reflexology – a type of specialized foot massage practiced since the age of pharaohs – can help cancer patients manage their symptoms and perform daily tasks.

Funded by the National Cancer Institute and published in the latest issue of Oncology Nursing Forum, it is the first large-scale, randomized study of reflexology as a complement to standard cancer treatment, according to lead author Gwen Wyatt, a professor in the College of Nursing.

The stress-relieving benefits of massage have been well documented, but a recent study shows that massage may have more profound benefits that just relieving stress and relaxing tight muscles.

The study, published in the journal BMJ, looked at the benefits of massage for brain cancer patients. To be expected, these patients often suffer from neurological problems, which affect their physical functioning, their cognitive abilities and their psychological well-being.
